Civil Engineering Expert (Senior)

Last day to reply:Jan 11, 2010Job descriptionEuropean Management Solutions is in the process of identifying one expert for the EC tender “Preparation de Documents d'Appel d'Offres pour l'Entretien Routier Courant Pluriannuel au Benin”.


Global objective:

L'objectif global de l'intervention est de contribuer a la reduction de la pauvrete en developpant et en gerant les infrastructures et services de transport pour soutenir la croissance economique et le bien etre social.

The expert will have an input of 67 working days and will be able to start from February 2010.


Required qualifications:

Expert Senior de formation bac+4 minimum dans le domaine du genie civil ou travaux publics (au moins 10 ans d'experience dont au moins 5 dans le secteur routier), specialiste des travaux d'entretien routier et ayant au moins trois (03) experiences dans la preparation des dossiers d'appel d'offres pour l'entretien routier courant dont au moins une experience similaire a celle objet de la presente mission et realisee en Afrique Sub Saharienne.
